Program Overview
Students will be supported by and working with three Ugandan non-governmental organizations (NGO’s): Project Yesu, St. Emmanuel Community Development Initiative (CDI) and St. Emmanuel Community Church. Student teams will be preparing presentations educating the NGO’s on gaps in business knowledge related start-ups in Uganda. These NGO’s will then share these reports with members of the village od Musima. Project Yesu has developed programs to address the critical need of providing education for the children in the village, and St. Emmanuel CDI has developed programs to break the cycles of domestic violence, alcoholism drug addiction, HIV/AIDS and other family issues. This will give students the chance to learn about the business environment in another country and  study the role of cultural intelligence and its impact on global business.
