Global Learning Travel Grant

The Global Learning Travel Grant

This grant may be awarded to students who meet the eligibility requirements.

Eligibility requirements

  • Full-time main-campus student who has paid the program service fee either for the spring semester or fall semester preceding the study-abroad or exchange program he/she has applied for. Part-time main-campus students who have paid the program service fee are eligible at a pro-rated amount.
  • Applicants must have completed at least one full semester at APSU, have a record of enrollment, and a 2.5 GPA or greater.
  • No history of formal student code of conduct violations.
  • Not currently on academic probation or suspension.   
  • Students will be expected to complete a re-entry workshop upon return from their study abroad program. 

Deadline

  • Applicants for winter study-abroad programs must apply by Oct. 15.
  • Applicants for spring exchange programs must apply by Oct. 15.
  • Applicants for Spring Break programs must apply by Dec. 15.
  • Applicants for summer short-term study-abroad must apply by March 1.
  • Applicants for fall exchange programs must apply by May 1.
Late applicants will NOT be considered for awards.
